    2. Product selection and contract

    If you have found the desired product, you can put this obligation by clicking the button [in the basket] in the shopping cart. The contents of the basket can be at any time by clicking on the link or button [suggested]. You can always remove products from the shopping cart. If you want to buy the products in your cart, click the “Buy” button.

    When ordering via the online form on our website, enter by filling out the electronic order form (see below B 1) by clicking the order button a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract from. The purchase contract is only the fact that we accept this offer.

    Even when ordering by mail the contract concluded at the fact that we accept your offer.

    3. Delivery of title

    We deliver within Europe.

    Goods that are in stock, will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after the order, unless a different delivery times are given for the individual products. Longer delivery times or missing delivery options are displayed directly in the products on the website.

    5. Shipping & return

    We calculate shipping costs in Germany according to our shipping list.

    costs of sending:
    If you make use of your legal right, we’ll refund the cost of delivering the goods from us to you.

    costs of return:
    They bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

    6. Payment methods

    (1) We deliver on account, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or Giropay.

    Our confirmation e-mail containing your complete order is including the bank, if necessary. Please include your order number always in when you make your payment.

    Your credit card payments, bank transfer or Giropay are handled via the payment service provider Mollie. Mollie offers you various payment methods. Payments can be made online. Your payment data is encrypted and sent over the Internet, without that we get your information.

    If you wish to pay with PayPal, you will need a PayPal account. If you choose PayPal, you will be directed to the online banking site of your bank. With bank transfer or with online payment your payment is passed to us by Mollie.

    Credit card

    Payment with credit card works very easily with the professional and registered Internet Payment society we use. We receive information of a single credit card. Also please send us any credit card information.

    The charge of your credit card account is carried out when the order is completed.

    Payment by bank transfer

    When Payment by bank transfer is chosen the total is to be transferred withing 14 days after receiving the invoice. The account number is listed on the invoice.

    If you pay via PayPal, a PayPal account is necessary.

    (2) If paying by agreed in advance the shipment takes place only when the invoice amount is fully credited to the account of the seller.

    7. Withdrawal

    8. Warranty Conditions

    The warranty period for the sale of goods to consumers is in new goods in 2 years by the receipt of the goods. With regard to companies, the warranty period is 1 year. The sale of used goods, the warranty period for consumers is also 1 year long.

    Excluded from the reduction to 1 year is personal and health.

    Your past orders can be viewed in our customer login area, if you have registered for a customer account.

    3. Errors

    You can also change the contents of the shopping cart at any time. The entire order process, you can close at any time by closing the browser window.
